Return Policy – Milan Art Institute & Mastery Program

At Milan Art Institute, we prioritize your satisfaction with our courses, programs, and services. Below, you'll find our comprehensive return policy, detailing conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service usage.

Masterclasses & Studio Sessions

  • Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase by emailing info@milanart.com.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Once the 20% threshold is exceeded, no refund will be issued.

Courses, Beginner Art Program, Young Artist Program

  • Refund Requests: You must request a refund within 10 days from the purchase date by emailing info@milanart.com.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Accessing more than 20% disqualifies you from receiving a refund.

Mastery Programs - Essentials

1. Overview:

  • The Mastery Program - Essentials offers full lifetime access after completing a 12-month installment plan.
  • Total cost: $3,960 USD paid in 12 monthly installments of $330.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Installment Payments: You agree to make 12 monthly payments of $330.
  • Payment Schedule: The first payment is due at the start of the program, with subsequent payments due at the beginning of each month.
  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may lead to temporary suspension of access to program content, but no additional penalties are applied.

3. Access to Content:

  • Full Access upon Payment: Upon payment, you will receive immediate access to the full program, including all modules, resources, and bonus content.
  • Group Coaching: Access to monthly group coaching sessions is included for 2 years from the program's start date.
  • Lifetime Access: Once all payments are made, you will have lifetime access to the program, including updates and future bonuses.
  • Suspension of Access: Failure to complete payments will result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to the program.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Within 30 Days: You may cancel your enrollment and request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment. Email your request to info@milanart.com.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued after the first 30 days. You remain obligated to complete the payment plan.

5. Miscellaneous:

  • Changes to Terms: Milan Art Institute reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
  • Intellectual Property: All content and materials in the Mastery Program remain the intellectual property of Milan Art LLC and may not be shared or redistributed without permission.

Mastery Program - Accelerator

1. Mentoring Access:

  • 12-Month Access: This plan includes 12 months of access to a personal mentor, who communicates via Telegram and monthly Zoom sessions.
  • Zoom Calls: One 30-minute Zoom call per month is included.
  • Mentor Assignment: Upon enrolling, you'll receive a mentor assignment within 72 hours. You must contact your mentor within 7 days of receiving their information to avoid being downgraded to the Essentials plan.

2. Payment Details:

  • Installment Plan: Personal mentoring payments are combined with your Mastery Program payment. Failure to complete payments results in loss of access to mentoring, group coaching, and the program.
  • Full Payment: If you pay in full, failure to contact your mentor within 7 days results in a downgrade to Essentials and a $2,000 refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Within 30 Days: Request a refund within 30 days of the first payment to receive a full refund and immediate termination of access.
  • After 30 Days: No refunds are available. Downgrades must be requested before the next billing cycle. Unused mentoring time is forfeited.

4. Service Usage:

  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to use the mentoring service. Missed sessions or unused time will not be refunded or credited.

5. Communication & Technical Issues:

  • Mentor Contact: If you are unable to contact your mentor, email info@milanart.com for assistance.
  • Technical Problems: Should technical issues arise that prevent communication or Zoom sessions, notify us immediately to resolve the issue.

Group Coaching

1. Monthly Subscription Plan:

  • Access: The monthly subscription plan provides access to Milan Art group coaching and weekly Zoom calls. The subscription auto-renews monthly.
  • Payment: You are responsible for recurring charges until cancellation. Payments are charged on the same day each month.
  • Delinquent Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method 4 times within 2 weeks. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be canceled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by emailing info@milanart.com. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle; we do not prorate for unused time.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for the monthly subscription plan.

2. 1-Year Prepaid Plan (2nd Year Free):

  • Access: Prepaid plan subscribers get 24 months of group coaching access.
  • Refunds: Cancellations within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Service Usage:

  • Your Responsibility: Unused coaching time is forfeited. No credits or make-up sessions are provided for missed time.

Personal Mentoring

1. Monthly Subscription Plan:

  • Mentor Access: This plan provides monthly access to a mentor via Telegram and one 30-minute Zoom call per month. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
  • Payments: Payments are charged monthly on the same date. In case of delinquent payments, your subscription will be canceled after 4 failed payment attempts.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time.

2. 1-Year Prepaid Plan:

  • Access: The prepaid plan provides 12 months of mentoring access. Cancellations within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. No refunds after this period.

3. Service Usage:

  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to use the mentoring services. Unused time or missed Zoom calls are forfeited, and no credits or refunds are provided.

4. Communication & Technical Issues:

  • Mentor Communication: Mentors are available via Telegram 6 days a week and typically respond within 24 hours. If you cannot reach your mentor or experience technical issues, contact info@milanart.com.

5. Mentor Changes:

  • If your mentor becomes unavailable, we will assign a new mentor. You are allowed one mentor change per year if compatibility issues arise.
