Your Story Can Change The World

Written by Milan Art Institute | April 10, 2023

You alone have lived your story.

There is no one else who has experienced your pain, endured your trauma, forgiven what you have forgiven, loved who you have loved. No one else has climbed your mountains or walked in the shade of your valleys.

Your great joys are your own and every tear you have shed has been recorded. All of these things, and so much more, fill your scroll in heaven’s libraries. Your story has been written and your story is being written. It is unique and beautiful. Even the sooty ashes of your dark days lay waiting to be turned to beauty and hope.

When you paint your story, the canvas holds your heart—open and raw—and shows it to you.

You begin to see it in all its mess and loveliness. That little girl or boy inside of you is touched powerfully and deeply through divine creation and you get healed a bit more.

Your pain and your overcoming is encrypted in every brushstroke. Each color you choose holds a frequency that preserves your celebrations, your victories, and your triumphs. Every fleck, spot, dot, or mark inscribes the DNA of your story. Your life has turned, twisted, and arched. Enemies have become friends and your friends have even betrayed you. You have learned many lessons and have chosen to let go more than you have clung to what has passed.

Your journey has been heroic. You have been brave to trust again.

As the artist, every time you touch the canvas a little magic occurs. It’s the mystery of how your story—wrapped inside the luscious delivery of the paint—becomes an eye, or a tree, or a flower petal.

You can't help it.

Your story overpowers you and insists— it has a mission to be heard and seeks the ones who will resonate with it.

Your art is now super-charged with the potency of your story. When a broken heart lays her eyes on your painting, the brushstrokes leap off the canvas and surround her spirit with comfort and acceptance. She feels seen and understood and she herself receives some healing. The effect is everlasting and begins a whole string of events that charts her destiny.

Your art is changing lives, healing souls, and setting captives free.

Your art is changing the world.
